Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Quality Manager to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards. This role ensures customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and compliance with all internal and external quality requirements. The Quality Supervisor leads a team, manages supplier performance, and drives operational efficiency through data analysis and proactive issue resolution.

Job Duties:

  • Recruit, train, and develop quality team members.
  • Organize and oversee team schedules, workload, and daily operations.
  • Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations.
  • Administer corrective actions, discipline, and terminations in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure the Quality Management System meets customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support inspectors and staff to verify product and process compliance.
  • Manage monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes impacting quality.
  • Oversee calibration and accuracy of inspection and measurement equipment.
  • Stay current on quality standards, industry trends, and regulatory updates.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for internal and customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reports.
  • Identify and implement warehouse process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis on merchandise flow to address product and delivery issues.
  • Promote open communication and feedback to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment aligned with company values.
  • Support the health, safety, and professional growth of all team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Oversee inventory management and product flow to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a Science-related field required.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer literacy.
  • English fluency required (primary or secondary language).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on, results-driven leader with a proactive mindset.
  • Skilled in teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
